Shipping - Because water is heavy and fuel is at its highest rate in years, shipping charges are changing on a daily bases.  Wayne Enterprises Inc.  will check for the cheapest rate for shipping through all shipping companies up to the time the package is ready to leave our door.  This is to assure the best shipping rate for our customers.  Shipping rates will be provided inside your confirmation e-mail.

 

• FedEx is used whenever possible as they tend to have the best rates.

• $1.50 handling fee will be added to shipping charges.  This charge is used to cover costs of packaging and supplies used for packaging.

Cancellation of Orders - You can cancel your order at anytime prior to your order leaving our establishment.  Once the order has left our location, you must use the policy for returns below.

 

Return Orders - You can e-mail  to receive an authorization number or return the merchandise within 30 days.
Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.

 

Criminal Use of Service - Any criminal use of our website will be turned over to the appropriate authorities.  This includes any and all information obtained, about, and in the process of the criminal use.
